Who is the chosen one?

The girl stated in that prophecy was never meant to be born. But he took it the wrong way and set out to kill the girl he believed to be the chosen one. But when an illegal experiment is conducted by a group of Death Eaters and produces girls with strange powers, he might realize that the girl he hunted could be of use to the cause.
