Another Fear

L is far from fearless, but he has one particular fear that rises to the level of a true phobia. And when that fear shows up during the course of the Kira case, L is forced to face it, no matter how terrified he is. (WARNINGS: detailed descriptions of medical procedures/ hospitals/ needles/ cancer/ etc.) (also, L is autistic in this)
