Project Guardian

With multiple cities reeling from the constant battles between the Guardians and their enemies, the President of the United States ordered the Pentagon to orchestrate a solution to reduce collateral damage, and to stop civilians from being caught in the crossfire. The solution is a massively funded Military project known as: 'Project Guardian.'
