Paths diverge from cannon when Rayla and Callum meet other ghosted moonshadow elves in the Silvergrove. These feckless, Indolent individuals join the quest not out of altruism, but because a bunch of banished elves bringing peace to Xadia would make those who banished them look bad, and spite is a powerful motivator.
