Summary
Story based on the Batman graphic novel Batman: Year One. This is my take on the setting of Coolsville and part of my modern-day reboot of Scooby-Doo. This story primarily stars Shaggy's father Sam Rogers, a police lieutenant transferred to Coolsville from New York, while Shaggy & Daphne only appear as minor roles in this story. First fanfic.
