Warm Embrace

Elrond is attacked by orcs not far from his home in Imladris, but at the last moment is saved by his old friend and ally King Thranduil of Mirkwood. Elrond is not out of danger, and so Thranduil remains to protect him but also realizes his true feelings for Elrond. Will they remain friends or will it blossom into something else?
