Two and a half years after Sherlock fell, John gets visited by an unexpected- impossible- patient. However, The Woman hasn't come for herself. She requires the doctor for a home visit. A home visit which John Watson will never forget. Pre/AU series 3. WARNING: Mentions of torture (post event- ie, for hurt/comfort), and graphic descriptions of injuries (from medical POV).
