During a hunt for a shaman, Sam's soul gets sealed inside of a cursed bottle, leaving his body lifeless and seemingly comatose. After Dean leaves Sam's body at Bobby's house for safekeeping, he is pointed in the direction of the one person who holds the key to freeing his brother's soul: Bela Talbot.
