For those who felt Snape was cheated in the books... the life he should have gotten. Beginning right after the last page of DH, a new danger forces Harry and Snape together and makes them see the...good (!) in each other. Completely canon-compliant except for Snape lives. NOT slash, a twist on a mentoring/guardian fic.
