The Call (one-shot)

The wizarding world is discovered by muggles. Muggle governments use their armies, police and technology to hunt down wizards and put an end to magical activity. Wizards are in hiding, and the Dursley's have their life back to it's old state, completely magic-free. One day, however, Dudley sees something strange, and a call follows that changes everything.
