Summary
Liera Dragon is 19 years old and never imagined that there really could be magic in the world. But soon enough she finds out that she is a witch and will learn to use her magic properly. This fic plays by the rules J. K. Rowling invented for Harry Potter (and maybe we will meet some familiar faces later).
