Summary
When Stu and Peter create a machine that's suppose to help a person get smarter, they end up causing Tommy and Chuckie to switch bodies, just in time for New Years, causing everybody's world to turn upside down. Can this dynamic diaper duo switch back at the turn of the new year? Or are they stuck as one another forever. Idea was given to me by Boris Yeltsin.
