Draco Malfoy had left Britain long ago. He had found peace in the arms of a Turkish witch, raising their children in Istanbul. However too many whispers came to his ears and he was left with no choice but to move back to London. Since his daughter Deniz Malfoy attended Hogwarts, Malfoy could feel at ease. But sending Deniz amidst Weasleys and Potters was not a good idea it seems.
