Stay Alive

Casita is a pile of dust and rubble. The gifts are gone. Mirabel leaves, never to hurt her family again. A man she once trusted finds her before her family can. He has a knife. He threatens her life and her family's lives. He gives her no choice but to go with him. Mirabel will do whatever she has to do to keep herself and her family alive, even if it means losing herself.
