Manuel has been out of the game for five years, and since then, several newly-formed gangs and a corrupt corporation have swept in to take over the Saints' former territory. Once he breaks out of prison, it's up to him to bring the Saints back together and restore them to their former glory (re-post because I actually started writing this in order).
