Donatello is captured by Mad Scientist Doctor Feral and meets and befriends a young Arctic Wolf Girl who claims to be another world, so they plan to work together to escape the Lab and help Arctica get back to her home world which involves finding a strange mystical train that can travel to other dimenstions takes place between seasons 2 and 3 of the 2K3 series
