Summary
What was supposed to be a regular convention turns into a nightmare as a new mad scientist has emerged! The mysterious Dr. Cossack challenges Mega Man to defeat his robots, or he'll unleash them on New York City! Taking up the challenge, Mega Man flies to the cold tundra of Siberia to confront the renegade scientist, but not everything is as it seems. Beginning of the MM4 arc.
