Fallout New Vegas: Double Jokers

In most games, the Joker is often discarded, the lowest ranking card, the highest ranking card, or even a skip card. But in some games, like poker, the Joker is a wildcard able to do anything, represent any card. The Mojave is stuck in a game of poker, one with world changing stakes, and there's only two Jokers in the deck.
