Summary
The professor is experimenting and tries to use some chemical X in his latest experiment and "accidently" drops it on to Powerpuff Dynamo. Dynamo then becomes a real Powerpuff girl and crime fights along side her new sisters. But, Him gets hold of this information and makes his own weapon to keep Dynamo distracted: Rowdyruff Dynamo!
