Ipomoea

Screams resonate through the long, dark hallways, choking off with tormented gurgles. Alone, tired and injured, she runs. The shadows surround her and she wonders if it's the leering darkness or the failed experiments that will kill her first. Hope was gone and she had nothing left to hold onto.
