Kitchen Rules for Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters

Someone at some point of time at Xavier's thought it would be a good idea to have a list of rules for the common area of the kitchen. At some point, this was phased out due to an ever changing roster. This was a collaboration ("collabo"!) with an old friend. Also, #22b forever.
