Vasren Corvus, a former mercenary and now a student of beacon. as he attempts to heal the wounds of his past he meets a colourful cast of characters who will join him on his journey. But escaping his past isn't that easy, and he quickly realises that his past life is reluctant to let go. However even more jarringly, is vasren himself ready to abandon his past?
