While playing at the park after school the PAW Patrol & their friends meet a teen named Spencer & his aunt Ursula. They're told that Spencer is a paraplegic who's suffered numerous health problems throughout his life but what they don't know is that Ursula is a cunning fraudster manipulating people to live lavishly.
