After the Redhorn disaster Elrohir chases the enemy rashly, alienating brother and friend alike until Aragorn asks his help tracking a missing courier; but when they find the courier, slain, in the Redhorn's shadow, Elrohir must confront secrets and demons long-buried before an ancient evil destroys all he still holds dear.
