Letters in the Refuge

Johnathan McCann has been in the Refuge ever since he can remember. The kids there have dubbed him Letters because he's the one that delivers the kids' letters. But what they don't know is that Johnathan actually works for Snyder, giving him information. When a certain crip who is friends with his #1 enemy Jack Kelly gets dragged in, Johnathan finds himself questioning everything.
