Summary
Petunia saw an opportunity and took it. Teaching Jasmine magic for her own gain, she changed the fate of entire Magical Britain. Before going to Hogwarts, Jasmine learned Occlumency and wandless magic. Her entire personality changed to reflect her different circumstances. She tries and fails to make friends, due to circumstances out of her control. She takes those lessons to heart.
