Luna likes Ginny. Ginny always makes more Nargles fly by than anyone else. When, finally and sadly, Ginny and Harry break up, she reevaluates what this might mean. I'd like to note that I've been informed that Nargles are actually a bad thing in canon... We're just going to ignore that one thing for now, and pretend they're good. Thanks?
