Andy, Barney, and the others prepare for the arrival of a special visitor, General Robert E. Hogan, when Hogan calls the Sheriff's Office, letting Barney know that he is coming down to North Carolina for a week. However, strange events begin unfolding when Hogan arrives. Will they find out what is happening, with Hogan's help?
