Harry Potter and the New Destiny

AU: Set after Dobby visited Harry during the Summer before second year warning him not to go back to Hogwarts. What if Dobby was actually there for a another reason? What if someone else planned to rescue Harry from the Dursleys before the Weasleys and give Harry the help he needs to become a great Wizard and forge a new Destiny not one that was forced on him.
