2003 TMNT post s1, ep 23. Part 1 of arc. Splinter is missing and Raphael and Leonardo find themselves pushing each other apart. Raphael takes off only to find himself in serious trouble, but when his brothers arrive on the scene things go from bad to worse when Raph falls into a vat of mutagen.
