Scarecrow finds himself in the sewers of Gotham City, where he meets the legendary sewer-dwelling crocodile man, who he proceeds to convince to trust him. Jonathan wants to trust the crocodile, but just can't find it in himself. Perhaps this is the work of the twisted madman that he shares his mind with.
