Summary
In the aftermath of events in D.C, the ex-Winter Soldier seeks to regain his identity. Before he can seek out his old friend, Steve Rogers, however he meets a woman who offers him a chance at what he wants most: Revenge. Meanwhile, America and Canada devise a plan to strike back at HYDRA. I may split it into two stories if it becomes unmanageable. Fem!America, important OC.
