Selfishness and Sensitivity

Another one-shot for the Diagon Alley New Years Battle. Valentine's Day is coming up and Neville and Draco both have problems. Neville needs to find a way to tell Luna he loves her, and Draco needs to find his sensitive side in order to give Hermione the Valentine's Day she deserves. What these boys learn very quickly is that they both need a little of what the other has got.
