The battle of life

Sherlock is bored! John has gone to see his sister Harriet and there are no new cases. So he decides to go for a little walk, and ends up down a ally way with a man trying to sell him drugs... dodgy drugs! What happens to Sherlock when he is left battling for his life? Does he survive or does the consulting detective die?
