A Book's Blessing

Mewt loved the Higarashi's, even Kagome. They took him in at his lowest and damn it he would do anything to repay them. So when Kagome falls into a well that transports her into the past he does no think twice about throwing himself in to save her life. Only now he is stuck, with only an interesting book and common sense to guide him in this Old World.
