Between Thought and Reality

Harry dies as a 25-year-old Auror who's grown to hate his own life and wakes up in 1942 in the wrong body: that of a 15 year old muggleborn Ravenclaw student. He encounters an old enemy, and surprise, it's not Tom Riddle. All Harry has to do now is survive long enough to make a life for himself that's worth living. Harry/Tom.
