World War II, Nazi Germany. The Pact of Steel was a promise of friendship and cooperation between Italy and Germany. By it, Germans and Italians are now considered comrades in all aspects of the word. As a proper soldier, Ludwig takes his new Italian comrades under his guidance and hopefully, prepares them for war.
