The Problem With Being an Underage Animagus

All Hugo wanted to do was go for a simple, albeit illegal, flight as a kestrel. Unfortunately his flight took him right into a town full of muggles, and now he's entangled (literally) in a town containing a strange girl, far too much bird-netting, and a pack of possible were-wolves. Oh Merlin.
