The Arc Family are a long bloodline dating back 500 Years in the past, How the Arcs managed to remain around longer then the likes of the Schnee Family was that the Arcs were Sword Saints, a version of 'Huntsman' who wields swords blessed with magical spirits. Jaune Arc is working towards beacon academy to be legit but unfortunately he's not going to attend as a student.
