Summary
The rebellion is over, and the Nation of Panem struggles to restore order to the country. Twenty-four tributes, one male and one female from each district, will be offered up to the Capitol as a tribute and be forced to fight to the death in a publicized event known as the Hunger Games. The tributes of these games would be reaped from the children of mayors and high-ranking rebels.
