Kingsley hasn't been able to sleep without vivid nightmares. They're always the same: Sirius falls through the veil and Kingsley reaches out for him, forever just out of reach as the handsome face, set in its determined fury, fades into nothingness. Scenes going back and forth between the present, after Sirius's death, and the past, when Kingsley and Sirius were together.
