Wind at My Back

After landing in the middle of a windless Ocean Izuku finds himself stranded on a lonely island where he finds a strange fruit that apparently awakened his quirk? But now the water makes him feel sick sick! What's worse is that he's surrounded by gigantic sea monsters that could swallow a building with ease. Fortunately because of his new "quirk" the wind is at his back
