Johanna's mom has made them move from Washington to London. The house she has picked is, you guessed it, the infamous old tonsorial parlor. It's creepy, it's old, and quite possibly haunted. But when a copycat killer arrives in London to follow in the footsteps of our favorite revenge crazed barber, things start to get dicey for this Johanna Barker Doppelganger.
