Many people watched the events of the Kamino District and learned of All Might's emaciated form. Most knew him as All Might, the number one hero. But a few, particularly one woman, knew the man beneath the Hero – even if they hadn't realized the man they knew was All Might [AU]. I can't tell you the characters in this story- besides All Might- it would give too much away.
