Four and a half years after Andy said goodbye to Woody, things in his life have definitely changed having been diagnosed with AIDs following an accident a few years ago. To help him feel better, his girlfriend Claire purchases a Woody doll for him like the one in his childhood photos. Neither of them realize that it is the same Woody reunited with his true owner.
