As Ash Ketchum and his partner Pikachu prepare for yet another barbaric "blasting-off" of his despised foes Team Rocket, a mysterious stranger with a queer moral code interrupts his usual ritual and takes the three beggars under their wing to continue providing them protection from both the twerps and the other less savoury Rockets. What will this mean for the abused trio?
