After the Fall of the Republic, Ferus Olin has been on the run from the Empire and is in hiding to protect his adopted daughter, Lisa Naberrie Skywalker, from Darth Vader and the Empire. But it's not easy being a father and part of a rebellion at the same time especially when Lisa is part of the fight.
