My 18th Birthday

Isabella's birthday has rolled around again. She's 18 and, as always, Phineas and Ferb are planning something special. However, someone else has also been planning something for this day, someone with a 'history' with the Garcia-Shapiro's. If an 18th birthday is one you will always remember, this will be one she'll never forget. Rated T for now, maybe M later.
