Black Bird

Diaval, once held captive in a dark, rusting cage, was saved by the kindness of one young girl. A kindness repaid with punishment from her evil mother. Now grown she hasn't got long left before life makes her give up. Diaval knows he has to help the kind girl, it's merely a question of how. (Rated T for now, might change to M in future.)
