Summary
This started as an episode tag for 7x08 Whites of his Eyes, but grew much longer than I anticipated. Set from Jane's POV, it starts out where the episode leaves off and deals with the fallout from Jane and Lisbon's argument. Introspection piece, but with a twist. It turns out Jane might have had a very good reason to be particularly protective of Lisbon during that hotel mission.
